Go to GrabExpress in the Grab App
Open your Grab app and tap on "Express".

Key in Pick-up, Sender and Contact details
Key in your pick-up address with Mamakuih details as following:

Address: 23, Lorong Cengal 3, Taman Cengal, 13400 Butterworth
Sender: Mamakuih Mr Tan
Contact: 0124898368

Fill in recipient information
Key in the recipient's name, mobile number and additional drop-off details such as floor/unit no (if applicable). Then indicate the type of item and total weight.

Confirm your booking and get a driver
After confirming your booking, click "Book a Delivery". The nearest GrabExpress driver will receive your order and head to the pick-up point right away.

Track your delivery
You can track your parcel real-time in the Grab App. Your recipient will also receive an SMS with a tracking URL to check the delivery progress.
